Introduction

MindMate is a company that provides solutions for families caring for loved ones with Alzheimer's disease. They were founded by individuals with personal experiences caring for family members with Alzheimer's. The company has 5 team members across offices in New York City and Glasgow.

Challenge

With a distributed team, MindMate was having challenges tracking what employees were working on day-to-day and ensuring they were being productive. They had no transparency into how much time team members were actually spending on work. During monthly reviews, some employees would claim they did the same tasks multiple times, but there was no way to verify this.

Solution

In April 2016, MindMate started using I Done This to have team members submit daily updates on their work. This provided transparency into what each person was working on and how they were spending their time.
