I want to change my team's reminder emails from "What'd you get done today?" to another message. How do I do this?

If you're a Team Manager, you can change the team's reminder email message from "What'd you get done today?" to anything you like! Just go to the Profile page in the team's Settings.

Here's how:

  1. Go to your Settings in the drop down menu on the right.

  2. In the side bar on the left, click on your team's name and then go to "Profile."

  3. Scroll down to where it says "Team Email." Type in a new question for your whole team.

  4. Click "Save."

You can change the Team Email question as often as you like. It's a great way to keep your team engaged by changing things up, asking more specific questions and giving them some guidance on what to write!
